Prices are per room and night including VAT. The price does not include city tax.

Superior room include Table d´hotel – breakfast buffet. Breakfasts are provided only for accommodated guests.

Breakfast in Standard rooms person/night 150,-CZK.

For group reservations of 3 or more rooms, prices may change on demand and number of rooms. Please check the price at the hotel reception.

The hotel requests the payment in advance.

The security deposit of 3000 CZK/ 150,-EUR is requested before the accommodation.

Payment by invoice is only possible when sending the order by email, before arrival and with the hotel’s approval.

The hotel requests a guarantee of payment for bookings to above mentioned days.

Check-out: 11:00

Early check-in and late check-out is charged by  50% of one night stay. This service has to be ordered on reception in advance.

Pets cannot be accommodate in our hotel.

 

EXTRA FEES.

Loss/damage of chip card 500 CZK

Parking:

Car: 400 CZK/night. During the seasons with different prices 500 CZK/night.

Motorbike: 40 CZK/night. During the seasons with different prices 500 CZK/night

Short term parking: 100 CZK/hour.

Entrance dimensions to the car park: width 2.25 m, height 2.15 m.

Hotel is not responsible for vehicle damage.

Group booking 10 rooms/1 night surcharge +5%, more than 10 rooms +10% or individual offer.

 

STORNO CONDITIONS

Except the seasons with different prices:

cancelation free 24 hours before departure day. After that time full price is requested.

During the seasons with different prices.

Season I:  30 days: 0,- CZK, 20 days: 50%, 15days: 100%

Season II and III: 30 and less days: 100%

 

 

PRICE SURCHARGES

Smoking is prohibited throughout whole hotel.

Violation of this prohibition is penalized by 5000 CZK, even repeatedly.

Room damage:

Carpet/upholstery contamination/damage: 5000 CZK.

Walls contamination/damage: 5000 CZK.

Mattress contamination/damage: 5000 CZK.

Biological pollution (urine, blood, etc.) 10000,-CZK.

Other room damage 10000,- CZK and more.

Das Hotel verlangt eine Vorauszahlung (spätestens beim Check-in) sowie eine Kaution in Höhe von 5.000, – CZK (wird zurückerstattet, wenn keine Schäden entstanden sind).

In Preisen ist Frühstück in Buffetform beinhaltet.

Frühstück nur für Gäste.

WI-FI gratis

In der Saison I, II und III kann die Zahlungsgarantue durch eine Zahlungskarte verlangt werden.

Zum Preis für das von dem Gast verlangte Doppelzimmer benutzt durch eine Person ist Zuschlag von 10% zum Einzelzimmerpreis zu rechnen.

Wir sind die Einzigen, die die Geldrückgabe garantieren, falls unsere Zimmer nicht Ihren Vorstellungen entsprechen.
